After the General Meeting, all nominators will be notified by email if their candidate is approved & received 75% of the votes from Houston Members in attendance.

NEXT STEPS:

• The approved candidate will need to complete the ABOTA Application (link here_________) and submit a $300 check made out to “ABOTA”
• Deadline to submit materials to Dwaine Massey & Amy Wurdeman is Friday, May 15, 2026
• Send the original ABOTA application and check to:

• Also please send a pdf copy of the completed ABOTA application, trial worksheets, and a copy of the check to both Dwaine Massey and Amy Wurdeman via email by May 15, 2026.
• DO NOT SEND TO NATIONAL ABOTA – all applications and checks will be returned.
